NEET

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET is an all India test which will be conducted by NTA from 2019. It is an MCQ-based exam which consists of 180 questions with a total of 720 marks and is for 3 hours. You must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your main subjects in Class 12 to qualify for NEET.

IIT-JEE

JEE Main is for those candidates who wish to get into BE or B.Tech courses in the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) and engineering colleges of the participating states.
